I am an US citizen and I filled the petition I-130, for my son.
My son is married and he is over 21 year old.
Question 1 : Do I have to apply the petition I-130 only for my son ?
Question 2 : Or I have to apply an individualy petition (I-130) for my son and for his wife and for his girl ?
Question 3 : Or after I-130 is approved for my son, his wife and girl are part of I-485 petition ?

You only need to file a petition for your son - in fact, you aren't permitted to file petitions for the rest. Once your son immigrates, the rest of his family can join as derivatives.

Are they (his familly) coming in the same time, based on I-130 approved for my son ? or my son is coming first and then start another long process to bring his familly now !?

Same time! Once your son is able to immigrate, the rest of the family can also come at the same time or shortly thereafter.
