I came to the US on Fiance Visa K1. After registering my marriage, I have filed for Adjustment of Status and Advance Parole. I want to know if I have to show the Advance Parole on leaving the US or do i have to show it only on entering the US? I am waiting for Advance Parole but I have to go back to my country 1 week before the expected date of Arrival of Advance Parole...Is it ok if i leave the US withour Advance Parole, get it mailed to me by my wife from the US, and show it on returning to the US? Is it legal or illegal ?
I wanted to know if it is legal to send the Advance parole from the US to my country through mail or if a relative is coming to my country. Would the Immigration officers object on my leaving without the advance parole and showing it on return. I have an I 94 documentwith my passport that i'll have to return on leaving the US. would they object about not having advance parole?
