Sorry i accidentally posted this in the wrong section and I dont know how to move it, so i am just reposting...
First of all I would like to say this is an awesome site and I wish i had found this when i was filing our I-485. Anyway:
My wife and I got married Last year, when her I-20 and F-1 was valid. We didnt file for a year though, for various reasons... We recieved the AP form about a month ago.
Because she is no longer going to school her I-20 has expired, but her F-1 visa is still good. Would she have a problem getting back into the US with AP?
