hello
I do not have a middle initial and when i was trying to efile AP, it is giving a warning saying that the middle initial if not entered the application could be denied.
any help what did you guys do.

My husband does not have a middle name, so he typed "N" to proceed e-filing.
I found the post after he e-filed his AP, so
we decided to fax a letter to Texas center to explain why he had to type "N."
We have not hard anything from them so far.
Hope this info. help.

Do not enter anything for middle initial if you don't have one, ignore any warnings for middle initial and continue to certify. I did the same.

bonitas, you'll get an AP with N as middle name.
