NCS revieved my application on 17th july. I got LUD on 10/08 and 10/09. After that no LUD. Status still says: recived and pending. Need advice

Same here...i've seen two LUD's and it still say's pending....

how do you check for updates?
I dont even see my AP on the website...i found the one for EAD and 485....i called and was told that the I130 is processed together with the 485, so it's OK not to see it separately...and they told me to wait another month for the AP...
did you guys have trouble finding it online? or was it there together w the rest of the applications??
i am getting really worried, as I am going out of the country in 3 weeks...and I have mailed in the AP for 2 months now....

just got my AP renewal approved on saturday... filed on 08/12/08 .. soft LUDs on 09/22/08- 09/24/08 and approved 10-12-08
but wife's filed and received on sames dates is showing still received and pending
