My AP is expiring and I would like to get it renewed.
What do you all recommend - Efile OR Paper based?
For Efiling do we have to go for Fingerprinting ...
Please let me know.

AP does not need FP. You aregood doing either paper or e-file. If u do e-file, please make sure to send 2 passport pics.
