Friends Need Information on the below case.

I got my PERM and I-140 Approved on EB2 back in 2015, I changed my Job after 14 months, My new employer filed PERM and I140 in Premium, however they missed to port my previous PD date. Do we know what is the next step and how many more days it will take to correct it. I have been following up with the legal and attorney but no luck.

Appreciate your help on this matter.
Thank You!

I AM NOT A LAWYER BUT CONSULTED LAWYER FROM MURTHY by paying $$$$ for 20 mins WHEN MY S***HOLE (LOL) LAWYER from MY PREVIOUS COMPANY DID THE SAME :

Basically, for new I-140, USCIS does not even look at your porting date and it comes into play only when you are ready to file I-485. So, chill for now. As and when your PD becomes current, please do not forget to provide a copy of your original I-140 showing that PD.

I had similar experience with my I 140 as well. It was applied in Premium Processing, I got 140 with wrong PD. My Lawyers were helpful. Honestly agreed that it's a mistake and worked with USCIS to correct this as 'Admin Error' It took couple of weeks before I got the I-140 with corrected PD. As the other user mentioned, you do not need it until 485 filing but if it is making you restless, you can work with your lawyers to correct this mistake. I think the sooner the better as the case will still be fresh with USCIS.
