Does anyone know if they are closing either Friday or Monday - if at all?

The IO's where told to finish April, May, June, EB1c's but the boss did not tell them which year.

I am quietly following things thus far..I am in the same boat like urs. I am EB1-C, filed on 6th June 2008. Nothing has happened so far..I-140 is still pending. Did you ask your employer to raise a SR? What other actions we can take?

Contact your congressman, they can speak directly to the officers in Texas.

I had a RFE which I returned on the 4 April 2009. USCIS said I would hear in 60Days.
In the middle of May I got HR to do a SR. USCIS said I would hear in 90Days.
I phoned USCIS last week and they said I had to wait till 4 August 2009.
On Friday I spoke to the Congressman Dept and they will make contact with the Congress USCIS liason office.
I see there has not been a I140 EB1C since 22 June 2009 in Texas.

Today, I went to the Congressman office and filed a petition. They said, they will check with USCIS and get back. Lets see.

I got a reply from the Cingressman within 2 days. The file is with a IO since 29 June. Today 8 July I got a SLUD.
