hi
my stiuations is a little bit complex.
my h1-b visa is going to expired in 1 and half years
i applied green card and my i-140 is approved.at that time my company changed its name and tax id. and i m getting paid from new company but the companies are same nothing changed...my questions are:
1.can i travel with current h1-b visa?
2.can i bring my wife at this time with current h1-b visa?
3.do i have to transfer my visa to new company?

to guneyce:
If the company is the same but just the name change then there is nothing to worry about. Just carry a letter from HR stating the name change (if it was acuquired by the new company).
There were tons of companies which got merged last year and eventually the name got changed to the acquiring company, just be prepared to present a letter or proof of the name change due to any reason.
