Is it just me or there have been VERY few EB2 ROW especially from NSC?
Back in June there were a lot more approvals from Feb/March. And it seems come October, most are coming from Texas for much earlier PDs.

I'm EB2 ROW and submitted to NSC on July 10, 2017, my GC was approved April 14, 2018.
So there's hope for EB2 ROW from NSC, hang in there. It's all up to the NBC and local field offices now
this is my timeline:
My PD is Jan 21, 2017, case was filed at NSC on July 10, 2017 and the case was transferred from NSC to NBC on Dec 20, 2017. I received my Interview Notice on Feb 9, 2018 to appear at the San Francisco Field Office on March 13, 2018. My online case status updated to "transferred to local office and they have jurisdiction" after the Interview on March 17, 2018. I was issued an RFE right after the interview which I responded to on March 30, 2018 and 2 weeks later my online status changed to "Card is being produced".

Why did you get RFE after the interview? It is interesting as I don't recall anyone sharing such experience.

to whatsmyusernam:
Yeah, it's not very common. Mine is an Employment-Based AOS but after the interview the officer felt he needed more evidence that my marriage was "bone fide" as he put it so he issued an RFE for marriage evidence

I am EB2 ROW, too. Do you guys think there will be a retrogression this year for EB2 ROW?
