Just wanted to update you guys!
My status changed to "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information." from" Your case is ready to schedule for interview as of 12 March 2018."

It sounds weird to me but it is what it is! I do not trust USCIS website anymore! I am wondering anyone else here got the same update any time?

Hello All,

My dependent got interview notice on March 29 for May 2nd, but the primary applicant did not receive any.

I this only for my case or someone already seen or experienced this.

Wondering should i go with my dependent and the FO will interview me along with my dependent?

Any one pl. shed some light in this.

Thanks.

in my humble opinion you should definitely go with your dependent
1) there is still plenty of time before may2nd for you to receive your personal invitation
2) even if you dont receive your personal notice you should still try ..the worst thing they will say - wait for your notice
I would also call a an L2 or L2 supervisor to clarify when you are getting your notice. Just my 2 cents..

I'm in a similar situation with unavailable status last week. On Apr 8, it's updated to an interview was scheduled on Apr 3 and today I got my mail notice. I think you will likely get the same thing. Good luck!

Hi everybody,

I had my interview on 04/23 at Miami Field Office, waited almost an hour to get called for the interview after checking in with my lawyer at the front desk. To quote my interview officer, it was "quick and painless". The interview went like this:

I was quickly sworn in,
Asked for original birth certificate, passport, FL driver license
Then asked for EVL and EAD
Confirmed some basic information from bio form
Then asked about "yes" on arrest/charge question, explained it was a Minor in Possession of Alcohol charge given while in college that was dismissed
Gave her court documents showing case was dismissed
Officer checked the rest of the forms were in the file and still valid
Lastly, she said she was approving the case that same day and that I should receive my GC in 30-60 days
Today I got the "Case Approved" and "We are producing your card" status change in the myaccount.dhs.gov website

Had the interview yesterday. Received an email from USCIS "Your interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number, was completed, and your case must be reviewed." No updates for Primary. Did anyone have same experience. What are the next steps for dependent? Any information will be helpful.

I had my interview on 27. It was very easy and short. Everything went smoothly. It didn't take more than 10 minutes and I was only asked general questions and those yes/no questions at the end of I-485.

After the officer put me under oath, he opened my I-485 form and started asking questions from it. Here are the list of things I was asked.

My full name
Date of birth
Address
Country of birth
Country of citizenship
Social security number (I didn't rememeber it so I asked if I could look it up)
Father's name
Mother's name
Where do I work and my role
And yes/no questions

Then he asked for my medical exam (I received a courtesy letter for that)
Then he told me I will receive a decision within 30 days.

On my way back while I was driving, my case got updated with a message that the interview is complete but your case must be reviewed. I was a little frustrated about that until I got another update that a new card is being produced. The day after I received a new update saying the card was mailed. And finally, today I received the card :-)

- When Package sent to USCIS : 11/20/2017
- When Package received by USCIS : 11/25/2017
- Which Service Center reviewing : Texas
- When FingerPrint notice scheduled : 01/05/2018 (I had to travel so I went to USCIS to see if they would let me do my biometrics earlier and they did.)
- When AP/EAD Text/Email approval : 12/20/2017 (I requested expedited processing for my I-131 (humanitarian reasons; visiting sick parent) which lead to expedited processing of I-765 as well.
- When AP/EAD Physical cards mailed : 12/27/2017
- When case transferred to NBC: 01/28/2018
- When interview notice received: 03/26/2018
- When interview scheduled: 04/27/2018
- When I-485 approved : 04/27/2018
- When GC card mailed : 04/28/2018

i think you have to wait for Oct(for Eb1 India born), since your interview is completed, you can expect direct approval in Oct.
i would say you are lucky to at least finish your interview during Retro, have seen some people have have received interview cancellation notifications as well.

Is anyone with PD current still waiting for interview to get scheduled?

My PD is current, case was transferred in Jan, and still waiting.

I responded to birth certificate RFE almost 2 months ago.

Still waiting with "cannot...", PD has nothing to do with interview scheduling or is it?

Thanks.
