For anyone who has registered their cases on the USCIS website, have you been able to click on the tracking number and bring up the current status of that particular part of your case?? The reason I ask is that I opened a SR a couple of weeks ago. There was an LUD on it on Nov 13 and instead of been able to click on the application to see what the status of the case is I click on it and there is a check in the box beside it thats it. I dont think its a problem with my computer, I tried a couple of different terminals at work. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem???

From reading around this forum, someone said that if you use Internet Explorer, there's some glitch on that. You need to right click your case and choose 'open in a new window' and it'll open up inside in a new window. If you use firefox, it'd work fine as usual.
I have IE and have to do the work around that way too. USCIS needs some techie working there. They seemed to have problem with the website and email system lately.

I had the same problem. Just right click and open it in a differnt tab. It will work.
