me and my wife got the above notice next week in Alexandria, VA
is this related with EAD or 485?
what will they do and usually how long it takes?
they just said to bring the notice along with photo ID, anything else we should bring like passport etc?

is this same thing as fingerprint?

You will be photographed and they will take your finger prints electronically. Bring all ID along. The process itself should take approximately 10-15 minutes. However the wait time before you are being processed may increase the overall time. No big deal at all.

it is for both EAD and 485.Yes,this is called fingerprints..no separate notice...no need for passport.US driver license is enough

there should be a note indicating on the top part of the notice for I-485 or I-765 EAD or both (in my case).
You should bring your passport so you can show proof of status (to be safe). The office I went to only accepted passports for non-citizens or green cards.

My notice also was for both. bring the receipt numbers as you will have to fill a form in the beginning. I' too went to Alexandria VA and it was really quick. I think I was in and out in about 30 minutes
