Hi,
I have approved LC and 140 EB3 (October 2007 PD) from company "A" where I am working currently.
I also I applied I-140 EB3 pre-approved (Substitution) during May 2007 (October 2001 PD) from company "B" under future employment which Approved recently. That time I did not applied I485.
1) I need advice how to port the PD to my company "A" and apply I485 since PD is current? Will there be any problem in porting process?
2) What exactly I have to do for porting?
3) Pros & Cons if I port to company "A"?
I am totally confused what to do. Please any one help me in this process how to approach.

Yah, I know that, I applied I-140 using pre-approved labour (substitution) during that time and that 140 got approved recently.

In that case, yes, you can use the I-140 with the earliest Priority Date to file I-485.
