Thanks for the post.

I guess NSC is 2 receipt days away from scaling the mountain of July '07 applications..

i think the old date was july 18th. it moved by 8 days. impressive movement bearing in mind so many allegations that TSC is hibernating and/or working incognito

How long one should wait before calling USCIS once processing times are within the reciept date.

Is it worth raising a service request. I've read from these forums that it is basically a waste of time.

my app was sent on July 30th, although the reciept date is Sept 18th, so I need to wait till the processing date reaches Sept 18th!!!!!!

At this rate -- 26 days - 1.5 years, that is almost 4.5 years away!!!!

Also my friends who have the same date as I , have RFE's, and I don;t even have a LUD!!!
So ur file can get looked at when it is out of PD and PRocessign date?

My Receipt date is July 26, 2007. I am at TSC. Does this mean I can expect some movement on my case. Notice date is Sep 26, 2007.

You can generate a service request if your notice date has passed one month beyond the processing date as posted in the processing time website.
