All,
Not sure if some one has posted this earlier but USCIS has released processing time frames as of March 31st.
TSC I-485 EB adjustment applications is now Aug 8th ' 2007. One week forward movement from July 31st ' 2007.
NSC is now Aug 24th ' 2007.

Sab Bakwas. (All nonsense!)
These processing dates are eyewash. USCIS likes to confuse applicants to the borders of universe so that we try to pacify our racing mind by searching all nonsensical reasonings.

I bet you, all those USCIS people will be laughing at us after posting the processing dates.

IF any one denies my 'logical' thinking please convince me that these dates are meaningful. :-))

Also, IF IF your date is below these processing times - Then here begins the Nautanki - (Circus by USCIS).

You call custo.serv. - Robot tries to please you. Puts you on hold. Comes back and says this question is beyond her thinking - she upgrades it to her superior. That next robot has some flavor of human brain. Immediately says you need SERVICE REQUEST - (cinematic display of these words in dolby sound). You get exited, you say YES - man.

Thats the end of story. You wait for another 90 DAYS. Everytime you call ROBOTS remind you of 90 days rule.

You want to get trapped in 90 DAY boobytrap - OR contunue to search for answers - Your choice.

I got booby trapped.

I agree with your logic.
Also what I noticed is that the processing times move forward only when the Priority Dates retrogress.

akpspav, I totally agree with your logic!!! for a minute I felt that you were talking about my exact case scenario and you did good on your logic and 10/10 from my side...

I like your last line: "Thats the end of story. You wait for another 90 DAYS. Everytime you call ROBOTS remind you of 90 days rule. "" its so freakin true "END OF STORY!!!"

.... and when the PD becomes current, processing dates will move back to work on the cases in the backlog bin. Endless.

Correct ... how come they approve cases with Priority Dates of late 2008 and notice dates of as late as 2009?

I see very less people care about the processing dates published by uscis... & the same might be the case with the visa bulletin...:)

Nothing changed from last processing dates. Only date of posting changed.

In my opinion, processing dates matter to only EB1s and EB2 Row. Otherwise it is a useless piece of information for other categories.

This is so rediculus....How would they rush RFEs petitions in Sept 2007 from TSC.This was hsappened to me a month back. Now they are saying that they are reviewing Aug 8th 2007.I saw somany cases got RFEs beyond that date.

Even if i call customer service they said that they didn't even touch my file.

Better to forget about all these nonsense.I am realy fedup.

Because the data reflects the processing dates upto 31 March 2009.
