on trackitt 6 pages=300 (only Eb2 I nationality= india, CoC=India) active users are there.

According to trackitt database about 200 EB2 - India users (including me) with PD ~2004 have their status as pending.

Its a good thought... but do you mean every EB2-I who's actively pending to reply to this chat and then you'll dig out through 10s of pages of this thread and finalize the number for all of us...

I'll go by trackit status page... I think may will be sad and just hanging after 5 years of active GC wait.. and don't forget to count the years it takes to file a successful active GC (4 years for me and thats just average) :-)

Lets see people with approval don't reply with their PD as we are all addicted to PD and status for so long :-)

PD June 2004... Case in local office..

Guys.. don't forget to update your case once approved :-)

Consider this suggestion also - include in parenthesis the date you guys are adding to the list in this thread.

e.g (09/21/2009) - krazy140 EB2I 09/2004 pending with TSC.

This will show you how often the Trackitt members visit here. Common logic tells us that your kinda people should be wetting your pants (or panties) - it's almost month end - but you will be surprised to see that people don't come here that very often. If you continue to see updates for next seven days then you know that you really don't want to consider 5 pages of pending cases on Trackitt as Pending.

I wish all of you luck and some peace - you will approved by month end.

Vd484 - Dec 2004 NSC - called IO - file with officer , called again - preadjudicated - contacted senator in phoenix - no use still pending, took infopass - officer told it is pending - nothing new

You may want to explain the purpose of this thread periodically - it will also keep it on the top.

There may be people thinking that what you are asking is reduntant and waste of time and thus may not be adding to the thread. 11 cases so far. Also. if you will add the "date added" to the thread. This will help you in understanding the behaviour/pattern of Trackitt users.

Hello prince4u,

STEP 1: You need approved labor and I140 in EB3 category
STEP 2: You need approved labor and I140 in EB2 category
STEP 3: In my case, I had a pending I485 in the EB3 category filed in the 2007 rush
STEP 4: Your attorney files an "Interfiling" notice with 2 pieces of information: a) That your priority date from EB3 140 be ported to EB2 application and b) That the pending I485 application be linked to the new I140 with the new priority date. The section your attorney should be quoting is this: 9 FAM 42.53 N3.6
STEP 5: I tried to attract USCIS attention to my file by opening an SR and also asking congressional help.

Hope this helps. By the way, can anyone help me with this: I need to get an e-mail from trackitt if a new posting is made to a thread. I saw your request just by chance, I cannot really go to ALL the threads and keep checking. Thanks!
