I got two 140s approved. PERM based one approved in July 2006 and BEC one approved in May 2007. I applied 485 on July second with BEC based 140. We even wrote the A numbers on my 485 from my older PD and related 140. Also attached one copy of this 140 for all of my filings as well as my family filings. I got EADs, FPs, APs etc, but there was no LUD on any 140.
Now suddenly I saw one LUD on my PERM based 140 on 11/25/2007.
Do I need to worry about it? what should I do now? What possible can happen?
Any suggestions are appreciated

I think you are posting this question second time in a short time. Coming to your question, you are not the only one havinga LUD on an already approved 140. I also had a LUD on my approved 140 on 11/25. There are few threads started on this subject in the last couple of days. Please search for it and you will get some info. I am not in a position to say whether it is a good sign or not. |

Same thing happened to me as well on 11/25. My attorney suggested not thinking about it too much - she says because of the retrogression that might be putting these files in storage.
