Got an RFE e-mail today. Don't know the details yet.

I-485 Receipt Date: Jun'2006
EB2 (ROW)
NC pending since Jun'2006

So at least they are looking at applications

Can you get an RFE for passport which got expired at the time of I-485 processing??

You'd better get ready your new PP (who knows what an IO will ask?), though it's highly unlikely. Mine expired for long, but no RFE for approval.
