Is CSC really any faster?

My case was transfered to the California Service Center on 12/24/2009. My I-485 is based on an approved I-129F so apparently there will not be an interview, therefore it was transfered to CSC. Is this any faster? Anyone have experience with I-485 processing times through CSC?
