Thank you for any answer. I filed I485 and I765 both with my wife. I'm primary applicant and my wife as spouse. My case going so well by today my wife she got EAD card in hand but not me. I really don't understand how USCIS make decission because I'm primary applicant and have nothing wrong. I filed this case same time in one package. Anyone give me an advise how they make dicission. Thank you.

hi unless they have sent you a letter saying that it is denied dont stress. My daughter got her ead yesterday and i was wondering were mine was since we filed at the same time but i got a email saying mine was approved to so i should be getting mine anyday now.it has to go through the visa center to get made and your wives must have got made first just wait acouple more days. also check your status on the website.hope this helps

Thanks ausssiegal77 (6) I checked online, they touch my I485 but I765 still in the oven never touch and I gonna ask IO today cause i made infopass. I need ssn ontime to pay tax. I appreciate for your kind.
