I don't see any updates in my case in USCIS website.
Will update you all if there is any change in status.

My I 765 filed concurrently with I 539 (L2) on Jan 3rd 2018 finally has changed to card in production.

Raised couple of SR. Expedite request denied. Sr raised on 75th didn’t do substantial. Sr raised on 90th day did the trick.

April 7th soft LUD on L2 I539 which was filed concurrently with I 765. No status change on I539. On April 9th i765 status changed to Card is being produced. I 539 status still shows case received

Hello everyone

Please if someone could tell me that how much time it will take for my EAD card to be sent from USCIS after an update which says “ we are preparing your card and it will be mailed to you and you don’t have to take any further action”. I received this update this morning after requesting card frame time request service.

Thanks
Regards
Siddique

Asiddiq1

It should take 1 to 2 weeks for you to get the card.
Does your status say "We ordered your new card." or "we mailed your new card for Receipt Number XXXXXXXX, to the address you gave us"
That means you would be getting the card in anytime.

Hi all,

I filed for OPT extension in Jan 2018. received notice of action in Feb 2018 but my name had a typo. Even after calling customer service and creating a request to correct it, the approval notice & EAD card came with the same mistake. Every time I call customer service, I hear a different story about what should be done. I would ideally like my approval notice AND EAD card corrected. Based on the latest call with them, I'm supposed to resend i765 (checking replacement option on form), original EAD card with supporting documentation to get a new receipt number for the typo. USCIS will make a determination whether or not it was their mistake. But NO where in their emails to me/USCIS website/approval notice instructions, does it say I have to refile with new i765. Only says I must resend original card with proof of correction. I do not want to restart the process by mistake and wreck the approval status I have now. Has anyone had a similar experience? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I raised SR after 75 days and SR was closed stating that it is still in stipulated time frame of EAD Approval time. Anybody who had filed L2 EAD card in Jan month got Approved. What is the current estimated time line for L2 EAD Card approval

So i got a response of my SR which i created couple of days ago for EAD/AP (C9 category), applied on Jan 4th.
"We have had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days."

Hopefully the officer approves it soon!

I had applied for L2 EAD on Jan 3rd 2018 and got approved on April 9th 2018. I had to raise multiple SRs and only the SR raised on 92nd day helped

Did you get a similar response when you created the SR on 92 day?

Hi everyone, I just wanted to give data about my case so it could help others. I married a US citizen and have filed for a combo card. I’ve travelled to the federal plaza to get additional assistance with no luck. The customer service agent said to wait and that people have been waiting far longer than me for their EAD document. Information about my case is as follows:

Receipt Date was 01/04/2018
Fingerprints was 02/05/2018
SR1 75th day from RD: 03/20/2018
Ombudsman/Senator: 03/20/2018
SR2 92nd day from RD: 04/06/2018

Remember to keep a detailed log about your agents ID, date time and questions you asked.

I had job offers come and go. Nothing to cry over, just gotta be patient.
Keep your head up.

Hi Asiddiq1,

What was your center. Did you raise SR? Can you share what you did to get your ead in 80 days? Is it new or renewal?

When I created Sr on 92nd day, I got a response saying that an officer has been assigned to your case. Immediately I also had a soft LUD on my case after which I got my EAD status as New card is being produced. On April 13th I got my EAD in hand and today I got Approval notices for both L2 ext and EAD.

Hello folks,
May I know typically how much time does it take for EAD+AP application to be approved at Nebraska service center? We just applied this month, early April 2018

Our case is of renewal of EAD and AP while I-485/ AOS is pending. USCIS site processing time is showing 3-5 months, does it really take that much time on average?

We also have a valid H1-B, H4 visa, can we travel international while the EAD+ AP applications are pending?

Thanks.

Hi All,

Can someone help me to raise an SR as I was not able to do it. I applied concurrently I485/I765 applications on Jan 19, 2018 through marriage as my spouse is US citizen.I got the receipt number for the same. My service center is NBC and already 90 days completed and status has not been changed. Today I called USCIS office but they did not raise SR saying it is within their processing timeframe. Can someone give me the detail steps which number to call, how to convince them to raise an SR would be very helpful
