| No response from Ombudsman's office by 45 days deadline |

I sent an inquiry to Ombudsman's office and received an acknowledgment on Feb. 21,2008 saying that formal inquiry had been initiated with USCIS and will hear within 45 days. I haven't received the response yet as the 45 days are over by this weekend.
Any one had similar experience? Is it possible that instead of replying to the query, the case might be adjudicated *soon*. Please share you experiences. Thanks |
