| No response from Ombudsman's office by 45 days deadline |

hey there i am ready to use the form 7001 for cis ombudsman did you attach any aditional documents to this form, i wrote email to different addresses but all of them were returned including the cisombudsman@dhs.gov i was like wow, so now i will wait for another service inquiry i made and if I don't hear i will send this form
I mailed(post office) them the form 7001 along with receipt notices, proof of letters sent to Congressman, Senator, and even a log of my InfoPass and phone calls.. so it was a bulky package!! |
