| I don't know what under review means. My case is plain vanilla EB. This is just another way of dealing with NC pending cases. USCIS hasn't given a straight answer to these type of cases. My entry was H1. Remember I have heard it all from USCIS:"Name check","security check" and later on after the NC memo , extended review, needs additional review .. |
