| No response from Ombudsman's office by 45 days deadline |

I mailed the form to "ombudsman" on April 14 th
got reply form him first week this month, the letter was dated April 29th
on April 29th i was in Houston office on Infopass ,the IO at the window told me that , i did something really ,they are working on my file "from that day"
my status before contacting ombudsman was "pending decision by a officer", after contacting " file under review" , on last week Infopass i was told " supervisor did not make a decision yet" |
