| Green Card before EAD card |

| Has anyone gotten Green card approval before EAD card arrives? I had my second interview on April 18, 2008 and was issued a RFE to submit recommendation letters from friends and family. I turned in the letters on May 1, 2008 and at the same time sent in the paperwork to renew my EAD (it was due to expire). This was the 4th time renewing it since 2003. I was called in to USCIS for another fingerprinting on June 19, 2008. Does anyone think I have a chance at getting GREENED before my new EAD card arrives? Instead of collecting the EAD renewal fee again, I wish they would have just approved me. Now, they are $340.00 richer and I still have no results. This is getting annoying. |
