| H1B Transfer. When can it be done? |

| I just got the documents from my company yesterday. It states the effective date of the H1-B is from 1-Oct-2007 until 24-Sept-2010. But i've also heard people saying i need at least 3 pay stubs from my current company, while i'm under the H1-B, and that the pay stubs given to me during OPT cannot be used for the H1 transfer to a new company. Thing is, i seem to be hearing different things from different people, and as such, was hoping to get a little more understanding before contacting a lawyer. |
