| How long after RFE received and Case resumed? Days or weeks, anyone? |

Well this is my brother's case, and it went like this:

Received date: 04/09/08
Biometrics: 05/10/08
RFE notice: 06/06/08
RFE response sent: 07/15/08
Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.
It's been that way ever since 07/16/08 and frustration is mighty high here!!! ARGH!!! |
