| Actually they decided to completely do away with all visa numbers, EB2/3 and country limits and stuff. All GC applicants with process in whatever stage (even LC) will automatically get GC's before the end of the year. If you don't get GC by then, the 485/140/LC receipt will be acceptable in place of GC everywhere. |
