What is a LUD???
I was not requested to submit a new medical examination, only the results of the TB Skin test. The doctor gave me a sealed envelope with a new I-693 in it with all the old data plus the result of the TB skin test and he attached the paperwork that showed the result of the skin test and how it was done as well.

From when I sent the reply to the RFE (using FedEx Overnight) to I got the approval it took one week. (It took USCIS 2 days from FedEx delivered until the status changed to reply received.) The average among approved cases seems to be about 8-9 days, with a variance from 3 days up to three weeks. Some people are still waiting though possibly waiting for visa numbers, or maybe name check.
