You can still travel on your H1b or you can use your advance parole to travel , there is no proble what-so-ever in travelling , but Maama is right that you should have your advance parole approved and in your hand before leaving the country
so if you have to travel urgently , it will be prudent for you to travel on H1b , you can send in your AOS packet , YOU SHOULD NOT GO OUT OF THE COUNTRY ONLY IN THE CASE YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID H1B STAMPED ON UR PASSPORT |
