From reading around this forum, someone said that if you use Internet Explorer, there's some glitch on that. You need to right click your case and choose 'open in a new window' and it'll open up inside in a new window. If you use firefox, it'd work fine as usual.
I have IE and have to do the work around that way too. USCIS needs some techie working there. They seemed to have problem with the website and email system lately. |
