In my case, it took about 3 years for LC to be approved by BEC.
NYAUG2002, just curious, I saw your I-140 was approved in 83 days, did you use premium processing?
Mine I-140 is fast too. It took about only 4 months, non-premium processing, I'm wondering if it is because CIS gives some priority to very old LC. |
