| Anyone with old priority date (ROW) which was affected by BEC? |

| My I-140 was not premium, but regular processing. I also noticed that all who responded so far filed I-485 (on or before July 2007 Fiasco) ... I was wondering if there is anyone in similar situation as mine who, because of BEC, was forced to file after July 2007 (in my case Dec 2007) as they did not certify my case until the very end :( |
