Why don't you try an infopass? a few of my EB3 ROW coworkers (at least 3 of them) whose PDs were late 2004 and Aug 07 filers, had their 485 approved within a week or two after went to an infopass with an IO.
Probably a coincidence. Have had infopass appointment, second fingerprint appointment, service request and congressional enquiry, nothing!!!!!!!! |
