we have our H status and AP and travelled a lot.. Then turns out, the AP never get execrised when we have our AP even we present everything at the POE. The officers kept saying H valid Visa is good enough and return the AP paper to us without even look at it.
Now, our H status expired and will use an AP to travel... we will see what it will come out... |
