Your lawyer should send a letter to the appropiate uscis center and request the correction/ammendment by providing/documenting the mistake and open a service request that you can track down and inquiry about in time.
The last resort is having your congressman and ombudsman involved. In my case it worked and dates were corrected after Ombudsman office did the inquiry following my senator's attempt, which succeeded. |
