IMHO I think that those issues can be resolved by submitting ammendments. Ammendments are requests for corrections, wether if they are by your error or the CIS, to have them adressed. Is up to CIS to admit the ammendments and issue a SR to document the process and track it down. Normally they are resolved without problems if documented and well presented by your lawyer.
I dont think you will need to file again and pay new fees to correct a typo. That is what ammendments are for. Ask your lawyer and dont delay it. Good luck. |
