EAD/AP filling documents and e-file info

Can some one please provide me the list of documents I need to submit for EAD and AP renewal.

Also I visited USCIS website about I765 renewal here is the link

which says:

If you are filing for an extension of your Employment Authorization and your Form I-485, Application for Permanent Residence, was filed before July 30, 2007, then you must pay the $340 filing fee.

According to above statement any one filled I765 before July 30th 2007 must pay renewal fee but what about person
filed after july 30th 2007 do they need to also need to pay the filing fees?

I have filled my EAD and AP with my I485 in August 2007. Do I need to pay filling fee for renwal?
