| Why is the TSC not processing any I-140 apps these days? |

immigrationwatch regretfully does not run their queries consistently. For example, a week ago they were doing only 140 and no 485's, this week are 485's and no 140's. Plus, they work with about 2 weeks lag. So I would say this site is pretty useless for "real time processing watch". I like their summary statistics though.
If you want to have fun look imminav.com - statistics. They post only the LUDs on on the people that are registered with their igoogle gadget (and there is no info how large this sample is), but they update the site every 2 hours and you can actually see some movement. |
