How do I find out where my status paper work that I did?
I wish everybody would put their carrer name. I can noticed right away that many or most work for IT.
Is that why they get approved so fast? I am an Industrial Engineer.

My employer filed my PERM labor certification on Jan14 2008.I am un able to get any reference to it from him.Is there any way I can check status of my case.

My employer also filed me PERM in Jan 08. He gave me a file number which is A-07162-08448. Can any one plz let me know if this is the file number for PERM...Can check the status of my case ? He filed in Jan and still saying its pending... Our lawer will know the status...now a days its taking more than 1 year to 2 years...is it true ? please advice
