Separate case added for my wife since it did not get approved the same date.

1) Yes. I got LUDs on 08/28 and 08/29 before my approval on 09/03. My wife had the same LUDs on the same 08/28 and 08/29. But, she did not get her approval. An IO told us that she probably got her LUDs because her case was pre-approved.
2) Name check. It could have been the memo or NC could have cleared since she got two LUDs on 04/01 and 04/03.
3) Nope. No RFEs.
