Hi, If would please tell me what I should put for current Immigration status for e-filing EAD renewal I really appriciate it.
Thank you. My H1-b expired in August and I have been on EAD since then. My EAD is due to expire in June and the section where it asks for current immigration status is a drop down with choices but none of which says I485 pending or AOS, etc...
Hi there. Just want to check with you, do you know if the EAD will only be approved AFTER the biometrics appointment? In another words, is the biometrics for both the EAD and I-485, or just for either? Just wanted to estimate the timeline since I just received my biometrics appt notice yesterday, and am wondering when my EAD will be approved.

Javan, You need to pick 485 pending - I think the option from drop-down is C9.
Chaominy, there is no doubt that EAD will be approved only after Biometrics is taken. This biometric is EAD specific but because it goes by your A# I wont be surprised if a relationship exists. I received my approval about 10 days after the biometrics.
