Regular Processing Times for New H-1B Applications
How to interpret the graph shown above? The graph above shows approval times based on the date on which an application was filed for a new H-1B using the regular, non-premium processing method. For example, if the Y-axis shows 50 days for Jul '05, it means that new H-1B applications filed in July 2005 took an average 50 days to be approved. The black line represents the average number of days it took for applications to be approved for a given month, and the gray line represents the number of applications that were approved for that month.
Regular Processing Times for H-1B Transfers and Extensions
How to interpret the graph shown above? The graph above shows approval times based on the date on which an H-1B transfer or extension application was filed using the regular, non-premium processing method. For example, if the Y-axis shows 50 days for Aug '05, it means that H-1B transfer or extension applications filed in August 2005 took an average 50 days to be approved. The black line represents the average number of days it took for applications to be approved for a given month, and the gray line represents the number of applications that were approved for that month.

Note: Some months may be missing from the graphs above because, from the data that users have posted on trackitt, no case was filed in that month.

Your data about "Number of applicants approved" seems to be incorrect. I cannot believe that for May 06, only 6 applicatns were approved for new H1-B.

Is there a way to differentiate applicants who filed through regular or premium processing?
I think that will help a lot.
Thanks!

Oops... Never mind.
I just realized it says "All averages displayed are for non-premium, non-RFE cases only".
My bad...

each service centre has its own first 3 letters like EAC for vermont, WAC for california and I guess LIN would be for South centre
