I-130 Processing Times by Filing Date
The graph above shows approval times based on the date on which I-130 was filed. For example, if the Y-axis shows 50 days for Aug '06, it means that I-130 applications filed in August 2006 took an average 50 days to be approved from the date the applications were filed. The black line represents the average number of days it took for applications to be approved for a given month, and the gray line represents the number of applications that were approved for that month.
