second 30 notice and still waiting

your case was just transferred to New York today????

Are you from the NYC area? Or they arbitrarily transferred it there?

The waiting and not knowing is what is really difficult.

im in va, so new york new york is closer to me than detroit, so thats why they sent it there.

tamee, i've seen some of your responses on the other forum. what is your "second 30 notice and still waiting" ? what is that about?

trackitt gets you to update your case every 30 days in order to keep it on the list here, if you dont then it will go inactive and no one can see it nor keep track of it,thus the 30 day remarks was just to keep it active.

i emailed new york to find out if they sent my passports back yet or not and they responded monday saying they sent the passport and visas on march 7th so should be here any day!!!!

we're leaving Texas on Sunday, and plan on "landing" next Thursday! Good luck with your landing too!!

ty!!!!! congrats on ur landing too, we are landing saturday at niagra(soo tired of buffalo lol so we are choosing to goto niagra to land lol. putting my car on goods to follow list and drive with va plates as long as possible since theres no expiry date on when u can bring ur goods to follow stuff over, sigh glad its over with!!!!(throws the perverbial graduation hat in the air lol)

to all who arent done yet....hang in there it is sooo rewarding when you finally have ur passport with ur visa stamp in it and ur CORP in ur hand!!!

its jsut the paper work, confirmation of perm resident thingy, it has my photo on it and different codes for landing.the IO and I sighn it when i land and i will get a copy to keep.
