sent on jan 6th 2015 and CIC received my packet on jan 8th 2015 my packet was recieved on 9th Jan, CIC said that they reached the quota of 5000 applications prior to mine and they returned the entire pack, have to try next year

i did not receive it; CIC received the application for my parents
