Hey.. did they give you some file number for reapplication.
I applied on Feb 29 but have not received anything from the consulate.

The front page had a file number, but it does not show up on their electronic system.

wait... why did you need to submit proof of current legal residence? the guide doesn't say you have to... am I wrong?
