Hi JS213, no, nothing. I am worried that the 24 months turnaround time is a thing of the past. In my original AOR they said 36-48 months before they would start processing my application, but I should consult the gov. www to get a more accurate idea. The gov. pages said 11-19 months, so I was hoping that the "36-48 months" was just their way of making sure we don't bug them unnecessarily. Now, with more knowledge and time under my belt, it seems to me they were not kidding!

Hi, I am also in the same shoe. After I received the first letter in Sept 2008 asking if I am interested to proceed with the application, I thought maybe they would ask my document in 6-7 months but nothing has happened... Do u know any other cases who have submitted after FEB 2007, there documents are requested bcoz in this forum I can see that its been till Jan 2007 they have reqeusted the documents but since then its been very quite.. I am also getting worried... cheers

Hi, nothing yet. Have you seen the latest processing time update? It is longer and longer for the pre 28 Feb 2008 applicants every time they release a new update! We should have withdrawn our application and re-applied - the new cases are all processed within 12 months! I do not understand how they can do this - it is so unfair, like dealing with a banana republic administration...

I have not received a request yet! So, you are at least 14 months ahead of me... scary!

Hi Andy, just saw ur case and thought to ask you again if you got any doc request... there are some applicants from Jan 2008 who go the doc request... if not then hopefully you should be getting one shortly... :) BR
